Members of polar expeditions are coming home

The expedition team left Johann Gregor Mendel Station on March 2nd and moved to Esperanza, Argentina; then continues to Punta Arenas.

The science and technology team, who has revitalized Czeco Nelson and its surroundings in the last 4 weeks, already wait in Punta Arenas along with Dr. Barbora Chattova, who participated in a Turkish expedition at Horseshoe Island.

The plan for the early withdrawal of the polar beacon from James Ross Island was delayed due to bad weather. The problem was mainly sea ice accumulated at the mouth of the Antarctic Sound.
